Mr. Christopher Amos was born Sunday, December 22, 1963 in Selmer, TN to the union of the late Hansel and Joyce Amos.  He departed this life on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at his home.

Chris graduated from McNairy Central High School in 1981.  He professed a belief in Christ at an early age. Chris worked various jobs during his lifetime. He retired from the McNairy County Highway Maintenance Department because of his health.

He was also preceded in death by:  a brother, Zachary Amos; his grandparents, Johnnie and Georgia Wade and Zach and Henrietta Amos.

Chris leaves to cherish his memory:  his wife, Angelia Amos; three children, Elisha (Rachel) Amos, Christopher Allen Amos, and Mallory (Olivia) Robertson; sixteen grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Waller; four brothers, Billy Wayne Amos, William Hansel (Evonne) Amos, Thomas Stubbs, and Antonio Amos; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
