Colby Darnell Walker was born Friday, January 09, 1959 along with his twin brother, Collin Darell. He departed this life Friday, September 12, 2025 at his home in Jackson, TN.
Colby attended school in Selmer, after graduating he worked in Selmer at General Electric and other jobs. Then he went to work in Jackson working nights driving a forklift at Milan Express and Bruce Flooring Company. He did the 'Last Jobs' the same night. After that he worked at J & J Cupples until he retired. After retiring his health started to decline.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Frank and Lura Walker; his sister, Gloria Weatherspoon; two brothers, Collin and Billy Frank Walker.
Colby leaves to cherish his memory: his sister, Linda (James)Nolden of Omaha, NE; three daughters, LaShea (Anthony)Robinson of Medon, TN, Shellie Walker of Memphis, TN, and Melanie (James)Hailey of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren, A`Tavious Green of Jackson, TN, Emani Green of Medon, TN, Elijah, Elashia, and Egypt Walker of Memphis, TN; a great grandson, Kharter Trotter of Medon, TN; five nieces, Michelle Hughes, Tiffany Provencio, Misty Weatherspoon, Kimberly Walker, and Laura Walker; three great nephews, Jesse, Maverick, and Josh; two great nieces, Heiress and Temperance Walker; one uncle, Elbert (Eslies)Walker; Sandra (Kurtiss)Sutton, Samia, Yalina, Keandra, Yalanda (Myron)Johnson, and Kayla; and a host of cousins and friends who will miss you dearly.
A special thanks from big sister Linda, to all that came by to help Colby when his health started to get worse: LaShea & Anthony, his old work mates, Ruby and Stanley; his close friends, Hosea & Ruthie, and Larry "Coco" Hall; Hosea Sheffield who is still helping, we love you like a brother; Wilbert Floyd, with me being long distance, I could always depend on you; to the numerous friends and family who pitched in when needed; and the staff of Selmer Mortuary for all their help. We are going to Miss You Colby "Donnie".
