Ms. Joyce Marie Vales was born Wednesday, March 08, 1944 in Fayette County, TN to the late Frank and Lillie Ray Manley. She was the youngest of two children.  Joyce passed away at the age of 78 peacefully at Henderson Health and Rehab in Henderson, TN.

Joyce was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Joyce is survived by James (Mary Kaye) Reed, Judy (Mike) Bean, Wanda Manley, Jennifer Vales Bryan, and Yvonne Vales. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Deborah Jones and husband, Bill Vales
