Katie Sue Dixon was born on Thursday, October 09, 1969 to Nola Reddin and the late Clifford Martin in Savannah, TN. She accepted Christ into her life at the Beech Creek Full Gospel Church. Katie had many jobs in her life but the one that she enjoyed the most was taking care of her grandchildren, they meant the world to her. She also enjoyed going to church, family gatherings, going down to the creek, and dancing.

She was also preceded in death by her uncle who helped raise her, William Pope.

Katie leaves to cherish her memory:  four children, Robert Dixon, Damon (Tonie) Dixon, Patience Dixon, and Billy Dixon; eleven grandchildren, Nikals Dixon, Ryler Dixon, Keira Dixon, Grayson Dixon, Terry Lee Hicks, Amelia Dixon, Gabriel Dixon, Kynlee Rippie, Henleigh McCrory, Londyn Rippie, and Avion Simmions; four sisters, Dixie Pope, Ingrid Skelton, Jackie Martin and Debbie Martin; three brothers, Johnny Martin, Wayne Martin, and Tippy Martin; an aunt, whom she got her middle name from, Mary Sue Pope; and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
