Mrs. Nola Robenous Jones was born to the union of the late Savoy Cub and Beatrice Westbrooks in Selmer, TN on Monday, May 06, 1940.  She was one of four children born to this union.  Neat attended school in the McNairy County School System.  She professed a hope in Christ at an early age and regularly attended worship services and served until her health prevented.  During her lifetime Neat was a member of Mount Zion M.B. Church and Cypress Creek Baptist Church in Selmer, TN and at the time of her passing a member of Wade's Chapel M.B. Church in Ramer, TN.  She served as an officer for the TRMBDA and was President of the District Usher Board. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.  Neat worked at GE and as a homemaker who loved to cook and take care of her family and extended family.  She enjoyed working with the youth in the church and the district as an advisor and where ever needed.  Neat also drove a school bus for the McNairy County School System for several years.  She was friend to all and would not hesitate to lend a helping hand when needed.  Neat departed this life on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a short illness.

She was preceded in death by:  two brothers, Carvie and O.E. Westbrooks; a sister, Billie Blevins; a nephew, Anthony Westbrooks, Sr.

Neat leaves to cherish her memory:  a husband, Eddie James Jones, one son, Adrain ( Autumn) Yarbrough; three grandsons, Travon Larry, Avyion Thompson, and Jalen Darnell; two cousins who were like brothers, Larry Stackens and Tony Westbrooks; two life long friends, Bettye Barnes and Mae Wallace; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives who will miss her wonderful smile and loving nature.
