Historical Legacy

Mr. Ryan Timothy Davis was born on Sunday, May 25, 1975 to Mrs. Patricia Davis-Barnes.  He accepted Christ at an early age and United with Saint Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Guys, TN.  Tim as most people called him, attended McNairy Central High School where he played football.  Tim loved to cook, his specialty was Pecan Pie.  He loved spending time with his family.  Tim was a bible scholar who had a thirst for knowledge of the bible.  He enjoyed studying biblical history and letting others know his findings.  Tim was easy going and laid back, had an excellent sense of humor and a very unique and infectious laugh.  Mr. Ryan Timothy Davis departed this life to enter his eternal home on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at his home in Selmer, TN.

He was preceded in death by his father, O.E. Westbrooks.

Tim leaves to cherish his memory:  a son, Timothy O'Ryan Davis of Nashville, TN; a grandson, Christopher Isaiah Davis of Savannah, TN; a loving mother, Patricia (Willie Lee) Davis-Barnes; of Selmer, TN; one brother, Ronnie Montinez Davis (Bianca Davis) of Selmer, TN; four sisters, LaTrice Sade Davis of Atlanta, GA, Camilla Anjanette "Angie" Sanders of Corinth, MS, Ausha (Cody)Gatlin of Clifton, TN, and Michelle Westbrooks (Devin)Roundtree of Columbus, OH; a special friend, Ms. Janice Grantham; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved and miss him dearly.
